The history of Weinn Group is rooted in the human and professional capital of managers trained in the school of technical-scientific skills and best business and organizational practices in the European automotive industrial field.

The protagonists of these learnings from work experience, constantly examined in the light of technical-scientific updates and on the organization, have had the opportunity for vast confrontation with experts at various levels and from many countries, thus maturing both a cross-cultural look at the company and a passion and curiosity that has allowed them to face new challenges and applications, thanks also to the mutual enrichment given by diversity.

Some important experiences, including the pandemic and the necessary reorientation of strategies, have produced a new way of thinking and the will to promote a new company, drawing on the rich experiential heritage, the passion for multidisciplinarity, and the curiosity that leads to broaden the previous boundaries from West to East, thanks also to the new opportunities allowed by technology and the communicative vocation of this team.

The founding members of the Weinn Group team are aware that any added complexities will need to be considered, but also that this additional challenge represents an opportunity for mutual acquaintance between the Eastern and Western partners and further expansion of the attitude of trust already experienced with clients and stakeholders that allows for new approaches, experimentation, and shared leaps into the future.

Functional Safety

• Deep knowledge on Functional Safety, since the birth of ISO 26262 standard. Expert members of the Italian Workgroup for the development of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 and related standards.
• High competence and experience to support OEMs & Suppliers in the development of Projects related to vehicles and the relevant systems, covering the Functional Safety requirements for the entire life cycle.
• Wide experience in Training programs on Functional Safety for OEMs & Suppliers involved in Projects.

Cybersecurity

• Deep knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity starting from the integrated risk management between TARA (Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment) and HARA (Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment) down to the validation of implemented solutions through penetration tests.
• Support to OEMs & Suppliers in the development and implementation of an Automotive Cybersecurity Management System to satisfy the requirements of ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 and R156.
• Cybersecurity Audit practice according to new ISO/PAS 5112 “Road vehicles – Guidelines for auditing cybersecurity engineering” and VDA ACSMS (Automotive Cybersecurity Management System Audit) to assess the capability to comply with Type Approval requirements according to UNECE Regulations R155 & R156.
• Wide experience in Training programs on Cybersecurity for OEMs & Suppliers involved in Projects.
